Establish a clean working vector. Gather all sterile materials: safety gloves, alcohol swabs, sterile U-100 syringes, pure bacteriostatic water (BAC), and your primary asset vial.
If the lyophilised vial is stored in refrigeration, allow 15-20 minutes for it to reach ambient room temperature. Swab the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and the BAC water. Allow to air dry.
Draw the calculated volume of BAC water. Inject the diluent into the peptide vial at a strict 45-degree angle. Allow the liquid to cascade down the inner glass wall. Never inject directly into the powder. Never shake the vial. Gently roll the vial between your palms until the solution is completely clear.
Once molecular bonds are hydrated, the peptide is highly sensitive. Store immediately at 2-8°C (Refrigerated). Active research solutions remain structurally viable for 21-28 days depending on the compound. Protect entirely from UV light exposure.
